As an ENTJ Psychology graduate, James had previously worked with Fintech House, Global IT Company, Management Consulting Firm and Mental Health Centre. Currently he is pursuing his aspiration with Korn Ferry HayGroup, a global human capital advisory firm that synergizes business strategy with people philosophy. James enjoys cafe hopping and meeting up like-minded people who value entrepreneurship spirit.

Saachi Asok Kumar

Saachi is a Principal in the Strategy Office at Affin Hwang Capital where he was involved in post-merger integration efforts and now focuses on supporting management in realizing long-term strategic projects. He graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2013 with a Masters in Business. During his time in university, he served as the President of the university's Malaysian Students' Association. Saachi also holds the position of Vice President in the Malaysian Chapter of the UQ Alumni.

Saachi is passionate about technology & entrepreneurship, he enjoys reading about life hacking, personal development and macro business / economic trends in his free time.

Ming Jun is currently working at Maxis, joining the 2-year Management Associate Programme. As a junior convenor in 2016, he decided to continue participating in YCM as a convenor in 2017 as he thinks that there is so much more to be done for the young professionals community in Malaysia. Having experience in organizing YCMentors'16, he hopes to continue the momentum and bring more impactful initiatives to the community. Squash and badminton are the sports he enjoys playing.

Alia is a Product Manager in the Enterprise division at Maxis, after having completed their 2-year Management Associate Program. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Marketing. Outside the classroom, Alia served as Deputy Chairperson of the Malaysian Students' Council of Australia (Victoria State Chapter) throughout their 2012/2013 term, whilst running a Turkish restaurant part-time. She seeks for novel experiences daily and is passionate about all things relating to marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Jie Han is currently a chambering pupil at Wong & Partners, focusing on corporate intellectual property law. He graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2014 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Law.

Alethea is currently pursuing psychology and is particularly passionate about matters relating to mental health. Alethea is also involved in United Nations Association Malaysia Youth, Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, and is the Events Director of an academic and social club in her university. An avid runner, coffee enthusiast, volunteer with non-profit organizations, she strongly believes in giving back to the community and making a difference, hoping to contribute to the empowerment of youth.

Hoe Yen is a mechanical engineering fresh graduate. During his time in university, Hoe Yen did two internships overseas and led several student bodies. Hoe Yen loves watching movies. He spends his free time analyzing scenes from movies such as Sherlock Holmes and The Big Short.

Cadmon is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Finance degree in Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, also an online radio announcer. Participated in various business case study competitions, he now sees challenges as opportunities and managed to secure an internship with PwC. On the art side, he has a huge passion in music and co-founded a local clothing brand.
